Hotel and Spa near Disneyland Paris consisting of stand alone cottages, 5 bedrooms suites set within a late 18th century farmhouse and a central spa building.

Brief
To re-design the layout of the five bedroom suites to improve the size of the existing shower rooms, provide better access to mezzanine levels and provide new colour schemes and styling throughout to generate a more contemporary and up market standard of accommodation to match that of the new spa facilities.

Solution
Complete stripping out of the existing shower rooms and mezzanine access arrangements, the installation of standard staircases, creation of new shower rooms with new wall tiling, modern fittings and Ardex Pandomo wall finishes to create a lighter and more contemporary feel; in addition the shower rooms were extended under the new staircases to generate additional space. In the suites themselves, each suite was given a different colour accent and hence its own personality with subtle shades applied to the walls with stronger subdued colours being applied to detail items such as skirtings, doors and balustrading.
